DocumentWorkflow is a great tool for creating and completing documents. This feature makes it easier to work effectively with documents, where the user is able to insert specific information and adjust the document with various types of data.
Before we begin, go to the Insert tab, and insert the DocumentWorkfolow add-in. After doing so, a new tab called SkabelonDesign will appear in the ribbon containing two buttons.
Both buttons open a task pane. In DocumentWorkflow (1), the user is able to see the created text fields and sections, and fill in the information needed. The DocumentWorkflow Builder (2) is where the administrator can customize the document/template and create the aforementioned fields and sections.
As an administrator working in the builder, it is a good idea to open and reload the DocumentWorkflow task pane once in a while to make sure that the different fields and sections in the user interface are correct.
In the image below, the DocumentWorkflow and the builder are shown as an example of how it looks, when fields and sections are created:
