DocumentWorkflow is a tool to easily edit premade customized documents in Microsoft Word on all devices, Mac or Windows based.
A task pane will guide you through editable fields and you can create your document without minding document set-up, font type or formats.
Smoothly fill in an order, edit a letter, fact sheet etc.
Step 1
Open Document Workflow from the button in the ribbon.
Step 2
Go through the task pane and fill in the fields. See the changes in your document immediately:

Multiple choice field lets you select already given data. Click on your choice and see the changes in your document.
Step 4
The date field is per default set to current date. Unfold the calendar and select a different date if necessary. The date is updated to the correct format.
Step 5
If data is repeated in your document you only need to fill in the data once. Your document automatically loads the repeated fields.
Step 6
Your document is ready for print or export.
