The agenda feature is a great tool for creating and customizing an agenda in a PowerPoint presentation. This feature consists of several buttons separated in a general functionality and in an admin functionality. These buttons will be elaborated below.
General agenda functionality
In a presentation, you are able to add and remove agenda points. When you add the active slide as an agenda point, the header of the certain slide will be added to the agenda slide(s). If no agenda slide is inserted, the
Add Agenda Point feature will automatically insert an agenda slide when adding an agenda point.
Also, it is possible to insert one or more agenda slides. If an agenda layout (in the Slide Master) isn't present, this feature will create a default one. You can change the layout of this agenda slide in the Slide Master.
You are able to refresh the entire agenda and apply changes if there are any.
The entire agenda can be reset where all agenda points, agenda slides, and sections headers will be removed.
Lastly, it is possible to add and remove breadcrumbs. This means, to add or remove sections header(s) from master of active slide.
As ad admin, you are able to customize colors, fonts, margins, etc. in the agenda. To do this, add an editable slide. This will be inserted as the last slide in the presentation containing three elements, where the customization can be done. The active element in the slide illustrates the next slide's agenda point. The margin element illustrates another agenda point, but this element should only be customize by its margins in condition to the active element. Also, the inactive element illustrates other agenda points, but here it is possible to customize font, colors, size, etc.
When customization has been performed, save the editable slide as the agenda. This will remove the editable slide, and the customization will be applied in your agenda after updating it.
If the performed customization should be saved for other presentation, it is possible to export the agenda. The agenda will be exported as a .json file and must be located in this folder:
