This is a great tool for importing data from an Excel sheet into your template's content controls in Word. In this way, it is possible to create a recipient list and thereafter select a recipient from this list.
Recipient list feature
1) When creating a new recipient list, an Excel sheet will open and you will be able to fill in data. Save this Excel sheet wherever.
2) When clicking at this button, a prompt will pop up where you must locate the before saved Excel sheet. After choosing the sheet containing your data, you will be able to select a recipient from your list.
