The task pane in the DocumentWorkflow Builder contains several options for you as an administrator. This article will elaborate the different functionalities that can be used when creating documents.
This button enables to find the field corresponding to the selection in the document. This is a great tool if the document contains many fields. To use this functionality, mark a selection in your document and click at the button. This will open the right field in the task pane to be edited.
With this button, you are able to add a new field either to selected text or anywhere in the document where the cursor is placed. This opens a drop down menu where you are able to choose what kind of field or section that must be added.
Remove field in document
Fields can easily be removed from your document. To do so, mark the field in your document to be removed and click at the button that removes the selected field.
As an administrator, you are able to manage dependencies for the fields that are present. For instance, if your field A should be depended on field B, click at the button, select field B and save.

This button inserts a link of the certain field at the current selection location in your document. This allows for changing the values in multiple locations from one input box.
Remove linked field
With this button, all of the linked fields for the input control can be removed from the document. This means, the button will remove both the certain field from your task pane and all linked fields that are located in the document.
