At SkabelonDesign we have a highly skilled support team ready to help with any technical issues you might experience with either Templafy or SkabelonDesign software. We act as 2. line support, and will help your appointed internal support department should there be a need for this.
If you are in need of support, something is either not working or showing as expected, please reach out to your internal support department firstly, and they will turn to us for help if they need to.
When support case is created, our agents will handle the request accordingly. Support cases will generally be reviewed within 1-3 hours (9AM-5PM CET) and replied within 2 business days for non-urgent issues and within 12 hours for urgent issues. Please note: If your issue is a matter of content not being correct or addresses/office/languages in Templafy, these items are to be solved by reaching out to your helpdesk as these elements are typically handled internally without our assistance.
